When we find the right home, I’ll help you make a strong offer and guide you through any negotiations with the seller.
Secure Financing
Once your offer is accepted, I’ll guide you through finalizing your mortgage, including paperwork and scheduling an appraisal to confirm the home’s value.
Closing the Deal
The closing process involves signing the final paperwork, transferring funds, and officially becoming the owner of your new home. Once all of this is complete, you’ll get the keys and can start moving in!

Before we close, we’ll find home insurance to protect your new property. I’ll help you through this step to make sure you’re all set.
